Privacy Policy

• Your account email — how you sign in and how we reach you. We also store your display name, timezone and theme preference.
• Trade records — symbol, direction, times, prices, volume, stop loss, profit/loss, plus anything you add yourself: notes, tags, setup quality ratings and R multiples.
• Chart screenshots — the entry and exit images your EA captures, or ones you upload.
• Usage analytics — basic, aggregate information about how the app is used, so we can find what's broken and what to build next.

We never receive your broker password or trading credentials. The EA reads your account and pushes a copy; it gives us no ability to act on your account.

• Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage. Screenshots live in a private bucket — they are never publicly accessible, and the app shows them to you through short-lived signed links.
• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us only what we need to run your subscription: a customer reference, which plan you're on, and whether it's active.
• Vercel runs and serves the application.

These providers process data on our behalf, under their own security commitments. Data may be stored or processed outside your country.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your trades with third parties. We do not publish, syndicate or trade on your positions, and we do not hand your journal to brokers, signal sellers, or anyone else.

The narrow exceptions: the providers above, who process data to make the service work; and a lawful, binding legal request — which we'd tell you about unless we're forbidden from doing so.

When you generate AI Insights, the statistics we computed from your trades are sent to our AI provider to be narrated. Aggregate numbers are sent — not your screenshots, and not your identity. This happens only when you ask for it, by pressing the button.

• Export. Download your trades as CSV from the Trades page, any time.
• Correct. Edit your notes, tags, ratings and manual trades directly in the app.
• Delete. Delete individual trades and screenshots yourself, or email us to have your whole account and its contents removed.

For deletion, or any question about your data, write to hello@clicktradegrow.com. We'll confirm the request and act on it promptly.

Note the Free-tier screenshot retention clause in the Terms: images older than 90 days on a Free account may be pruned. Trade data is kept indefinitely on every tier.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember display preferences such as your selected account, date range and theme. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't track you across other sites.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect. The date at the foot of this page always shows when it was last revised.
